CORE EQUITY TRAINING

Two-day interactive training that provides key leaders with a fundamental understanding of race, equity and oppression. Our work includes education about the history of race, shared analysis of power and oppression and practices for building capacity and resilience to advance race equity within the organization. 
 

STRATEGIC CONSULTING

Work in collaboration with the leadership/executive team to design a long-term strategy that advances equity culture while achieving performance goals.  
 

CULTURE SHIFT

Cultivate culture of inclusion and equity by examining organizational values, vision and practices to ensure long-term transformative change at the personal, interpersonal and systemic level. 


 

 

INTEGRATION & IMPLEMENTATION

Support organization in the development of policies and protocols that reinforce equity culture and behaviors and build capacity for success.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Develop and support internal equity team to advance and steward the work. Provide mentorship and coaching for key stakeholders within company to help them navigate organizational change. 

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Develop plan for enrollment at all levels of organization that engages employees in purpose and practice towards advancing equity and inclusion.
